The project is a mobile game with virtual pets. My work covered functional requirements, APIs, data formats and performance constraints.
I modelled processes with BPMN/UML, described user scenarios and aligned requirements with developers, testers and product specialists. I connected business goals with technical tasks and requirements validation.
I helped the team deliver the MVP: core functionality was implemented, key features were checked and initial user feedback was collected.
